OUR POLICIES

At Didi's Spa, we make every effort to give our visitors a fair, valuable and beneficial experience. We believe that our policies do just that. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your

scheduled appointment time in order to ensure

a full massage session. You may cancel your

appointment without charge up to 24 hours

preceding your appointment. Same day

cancellations will be charged 50% of the

scheduled service price. If you do not call to

cancel your appointment or do not show up for

your scheduled appointment, you will be

charged full price for the scheduled service. By

attending my appointment... I agree that I am

not currently experiencing any of these

symptoms: •Cough •Shortness of breath or

difficulty breathing •Fever •Chills •Sore throat

•New loss of taste or smell •Be aware your

temperature will be taken upon arrival Please

note: Other less common symptoms have been

reported, including gastrointestinal symptoms

like nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. I agree that I

have not: •Tested positive for COVID-19 If you

have experienced any of the above, please

send me a text so we can reschedule your

appointment. We ask that you please

reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the

beginning of your appointment.
